Terms

These terms apply when you buy something from Uncoder Studio at uncoderstudio.com. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If anything here is unclear, ask us at support@uncoderstudio.com before you buy.

What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital file — a PDF, a template, an archive of source files, or a link to duplicate a workspace. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical item. The product page lists exactly what is in each download.

Your licence

When you buy a product you get a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use it, for yourself or inside your own business, including in work you do for clients. You may adapt the files freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the files themselves, or publish them as your own template or product, whether free or paid.

Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment. Your receipt email contains a link that opens your downloads, and that link keeps working — you can come back to it later, on any device, without setting a password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us; we will resend it.

Payment

Payments are taken by PayPal, who also accept cards. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your account is in another currency.

Tax

Prices are shown excluding any sales tax, VAT or GST. Where we are required to collect it on a digital sale into your country, it is applied at the point of payment and shown before you confirm.

Refunds

Thirty days, by email, no questions asked. The full terms are on the refund policy page.

Updates to products

When we improve a product you already own, the new version appears in your downloads at no extra cost. We may retire a product from sale, but that never removes it from the downloads of anyone who bought it.

What we do not promise

These are tools, not outcomes. We do not promise any particular result from using them — no income, no ranking, no behavioural change — and nothing on this site should be read as professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought.
