Refund policy

Thirty days, by email, no questions asked. If something you bought here isn't right for you, write to support@uncoderstudio.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full.

What you need to tell us

The email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your receipt. That is enough to find the order. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

We process refunds within one working day of your email. PayPal then returns the money to the card or balance you paid with, which usually takes a further three to five working days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when it has been sent.

Keeping the files

You do not need to delete anything. Everything sold here is a digital file, so chasing a refunded download helps nobody — we would rather you kept it and simply told other people honestly what you thought.

After thirty days

The window is thirty days from the date of purchase. Past that we cannot refund automatically, but if a file is broken, missing, or plainly not what the page described, write to us anyway — that is a fault on our side and we will fix it or refund it whenever you find it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a PayPal dispute. A dispute takes weeks and locks the order while it runs; an email is answered within one working day and the refund is usually sent the same day.

Bundles

The Studio Bundle is refunded on the same terms as a single product: thirty days, in full. Bundles are refunded whole rather than product by product.
