This is a small shop selling digital files. We collect the least we can get away with, and this page says plainly what that is.

What we collect

What we do not collect

We never see your card or PayPal password: payment happens on PayPal's own pages. We do not ask for your name, address or phone number, and there is no account password to store because sign-in works by emailed link.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you arrive from one of those ads, Meta's pixel records that a visit and, if you buy, a purchase happened — including a hashed form of your email address so the purchase can be matched to the ad. We use that only to see which ads work. You can limit it in your Meta account's ad settings, and browser tracking protection blocks it outright.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years, which is the accounting requirement. Download logs are kept for two years. Support emails are kept for two years. Everything else is deleted when it stops being useful.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@uncoderstudio.com and we will act within thirty days. Deleting your record removes your access to past downloads, so we will confirm before doing it. We cannot delete the parts of an order record we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

The store sets a session cookie when you sign in to your downloads. There are no advertising or analytics cookies set by this site itself; the Meta pixel described above sets its own, which your browser can block.
