Lost your download

Send the email address you used at checkout and we will resend the link. You do not need the order number, though it speeds things up if you still have the receipt.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked — email us and it is done. The full terms are on the refund policy page. Please write to us before opening a PayPal dispute; email is far faster for both of us.

Something is broken

Tell us which product and what happened. If a file is wrong or missing, that is our fault and we will fix it or refund you whenever you find it, inside the refund window or not.

Licensing and client work

Using a product in work you do for a client is already covered by your licence. If you want to do something the terms do not obviously allow, just ask.
